Catch Sally at Cork on a Fork Festival

Sally will be taking to the Festival Cooking Demo Stage at this year’s Cork on a Fork Festival - a vibrant city celebration of local food, flavour, and the makers behind it all.

Sally will be joining the brilliant Aishling Moore of Goldie and Kate Ryan of Flavour.ie. Together, they’ll dive into the world of wild fish, traditional smoking, sustainability, and what it means to cook with care and connection to place.

This is part of a full day of free demos and tastings, featuring a lineup that includes Clodagh McKenna, Takashi Miyazaki, The Glass Curtain, Paradiso, and many more.
