Sally Barnes Joins Homegrown Retreat at Virginia Park Lodge
We’re thrilled to share that Sally Barnes will be one of the special guests at this year’s Homegrown Retreat, taking place from October 10-13, 2025, at Virginia Park Lodge, the stunning estate of celebrated chef Richard Corrigan in County Cavan.
This immersive weekend brings together an exceptional lineup of chefs, food writers, and flavour hunters from across Ireland and the UK to celebrate seasonal cooking, open-fire feasting, and the deeper stories behind the food we eat.
Sally will be bringing her decades of experience working with wild fish, preservation, and Irish food heritage, joining an inspiring roster that includes:
