Sally Joins Claire Byrne for Newstalk’s Summer Food Series

Sally was delighted to join Claire Byrne on Newstalk as part of the show’s Summer Food Series, celebrating Irish food producers and “all the gorgeous grub this island has to offer.”

The episode focused on fish producers, with Sally joining Mags Kirwan of Goatsbridge Trout and Kian Louët-Feisser of Carlingford Oysters for a conversation about Irish fish, craft, provenance and the people behind some of the country’s best seafood.
