We have exciting news to share…

Leviathan, a new Irish nine-part travel and cooking series, celebrating the country’s vibrant creative culture, showcasing the stories of wild food foragers, artisan makers, organic farmers, and musicians is launching this Spring. We are proud to announce that the first episode will be highlighting Woodcock Smokery.

Produced independently by BYOC Films and led by chef, musician, and photojournalist James Gabriel Martin, Leviathan explores the deep connections between Ireland’s heritage, traditions, and sustainability.
