Woodcock Smokery Smock

€75.00

The best garment, if you ask Sally. She has worn a traditional fisher’s smock for as long as anyone can remember – from fishing on the Atlantic to visiting family, smoking fish, gardening, cooking, and running workshops at The Keep.

Made from tough 100% cotton twill in rusty red or navy blue, it has two front pockets just the right size for a pint, a pasty, or a packet of tobacco - practical to the core, just the way she likes it.

Each smock is embroidered for her by a small local company only ten minutes away in Tragumna, West Cork. The original smocks are sourced in England, and with every wash the colour softens and fades into its own beautiful, well-worn character.

A proper working garment – simple, durable, and fit for a life lived outdoors.
