The Keep is Sally Barnes' fish school and gathering place in the hills above Castletownshend, West Cork.
Come and learn the traditional skills Sally has gathered over more than four decades working with wild fish – from curing and smoking to coastal foraging, cooking and preserving.
Our hands-on courses, workshops and suppers are small, informal and rooted in the seasons. You'll work alongside Sally, eat together around the table and discover a deeper connection between wild food, the sea and this corner of Ireland.
