“You never know who you’ll meet at my table - other chefs, producers, musicians, or makers. I want these events to be joyful, surprising, and meaningful.” — Sally Barnes
About Your Hosts
Sally Barnes - Founder of Woodcock Smokery. Wild fish preservationist, teacher, and one of Ireland’s culinary pioneers.
Anthony O'Toole - Founder of Fat Tomato. Chef, food culture and travel specialist, and connector of people, places, and purpose.
Together, they’ve created a space to celebrate 45 years of wild fish, Irish ingredients, and the people who care deeply about what we eat.
Why Wild Fish?
At Woodcock Smokery, Sally has smoked only wild fish for over 45 years. This series is both a celebration and a conversation - about sustainability, food systems, and preserving culinary traditions.
Come for lunch. Leave inspired.
