An evening at Woodcock Smokery
Time: 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Join us for a memorable evening with Sally Barnes at Woodcock Smokery, nestled in the hills near Castletownshend, West Cork.
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a drink before settling in for a long table supper featuring our wild smoked fish, seasonal salads, West Cork cheeses, local breads, pickles, and more - all served in the relaxed, atmospheric setting of our indoor/outdoor fish school and creative space, The Keep.
With open views of the West Cork landscape, sheep’s wool throws, outdoor heaters, and a fire-lit atmosphere, the space is warm and welcoming, even on cooler evenings.
“What a wonderful experience! Sally was a delight, and her stories were informative as well as interesting… really makes you think about sustainability and caring for this earth. The smoked fish and other food was delicious and beautifully presented, and much more to eat than we expected. Make sure to check out the ‘loo with a view’!”
