About Sally
A pioneer of Ireland’s food renaissance, Sally has spent over 40 years championing wild fish and traditional foodways. A world-renowned fish smoker, wild fish warrior, ocean activist, and educator, she has helped shape how Ireland — and the world - understand true sustainability and the importance of preserving culinary heritage.
