Lay sliced smoked salmon in single layer on flat serving dish.
Drizzle lightly with honey......we recommend honey from Sicily,prepared by infusing local honey with a variety of herbs - capers,basil,thyme,lemon- leave the dish to rest and infuse for an hour,serve with 'brown cake',a traditional Irish soda bread,and real butter,plus a leaf salad with plenty of rocket in it.
